English translation of Kellerer (1964)

Question

I am wondering if there is an english translation of Kellerer's 1964 paper on existence of joint distributions with particular marginals. The german version is here: https://link.springer.com/content/pdf/10.1007/BF01360315.pdf

Any reference perhaps to a restatement of the result in english or french would be appreciated.
