Finding the common interior of $r=4(1+\sin\theta)$, $r=4(1-\sin\theta)$

I am not sure how to find the common area between the two functions. I am not sure how to determine the bounds of the integrals.

This is the link to how I tried to solve it

I tried setting the functions equal to each other

$4(1+\sin\theta)=4(1-\sin\theta)$ and got $\pi$ and $2\pi$ I am just not sure how to complete the rest.
