isomorphic cohomology rings for the spaces $(S^1 \times \mathbb{C}P^{\infty})/(S^1 \times *)$ and $(S^3 \times \mathbb{C}P^{\infty})$

Question

I need to show that the spaces $(S^1 \times \mathbb{C}P^{\infty})/(S^1 \times *)$ and $(S^3 \times \mathbb{C}P^{\infty})$ have isomorphic cohomology rings.
