Negating ∃x∀z∃y(S(x,y) ∧ C(y,z)) would be logically equivalent to ¬∃x∀z∃y(S(x,y) ∧ C(y,z))

however would ∀x∃z∀y¬(S(x,y) ∧ C(y,z)) also be logically equivalent?
