what does it mean by a distribution $u\ge0$?

I come across an exercise on distribution theory. It says if $u$ is a distribution on real line $R$, show that: if $u'\ge0$, then $u$ is an increasing function. I don't know what does it mean by $u'\ge0$. And obviously $u'$ denotes the distribution derivative of distribution $u$.
