Can this fuctional equation be solved?

Question

$f: \mathbb{R}^{+} \rightarrow \mathbb{R}^{+}$

$f(x^2)=xf(x)$

$f(x+1)=f(x)+1$

Can this functional equation be solved ?

Perhaps obvious but what about $$f(x)=x?$$
