If $\mathcal{L}\{f(t)\}=\bar{f}(s)$ then prove for $r>0$, $$ \mathcal{L}\{r^tf(at)\}=\frac{1}{s-\ln r}f\bigg(\frac{s-\ln r}{a}\bigg) $$
