Let $S(\mathbb{R}^{d})$ denote the class of Schwartz functions in $\mathbb{R}^{d}$. Is it true that $S(\mathbb{R}^{d})$ is dense in $L^{1}_{\textrm{loc}}(\mathbb{R}^{d})$, the locally integrable functions, in some norm?
