Levi civita notation

Question

I'm having troubles with the Levi-Civita symbol. I understand what the normal epsilon-tensor means and how it works. But how do I interpret this:

$$\mathrm{{\varepsilon_{i}}^{jk}}~~~\text{or}~~~\mathrm{{\varepsilon_{ik}}^{k}}$$
