$\mathbb S^3$ and $\mathbb S^7$ are parallizable.

Question

Is there any way to show that the spheres $\mathbb S^3$ and $\mathbb S^7$ are parallelizable without using quaternions and octonions?

I don't have knowledge in algebric topology.
