Prove $\bigcap_{n\in\mathbb N}[n,\infty)\ne\varnothing$

$$\bigcap_{n\in\mathbb N}[n,\infty)\ne\varnothing$$ I do not understand how the intersection is not empty if for every $x$ in the intersection there is $n>x$.
