Given a diffeomorphism $\Phi:(M,g)\longrightarrow (M,g).$ I want to know is there any relation between volume element $dV_{g}$ of the metric $g$ and the volume element $dV_{\Phi^{*}g}$ of the pullback metric ${\Phi^{*}g}$ or not?
