You can change the ABC' to AB because ABC is part of AC, like this:
$A'B + AC + ABC' + BC = A'B + AC + ABC' = A'B + ABC + AB'C + ABC' = A'B + ABC + AB'C + ABC + ABC' = A'B + AC + AB = B + AC$
