I don't understand how to take the derivative of the error function when the argument of the error function contains two variables (x and t). So,

$$\frac{\partial \operatorname{erf}(\lambda) }{\partial x}$$

where

$$\lambda = \frac{x}{2\sqrt{Dt}}$$
