Determining a bivariate probability

17 Views Asked by At

So, I was practicing some homework problems, but I'm unsure what this question is asking:

Question

Do I need to determine P(Y = 0), P(Y = 1), P(Y = 4), P(Y = 9), P(Y = 16)?

If so, wouldn't P(Y = 4), P(Y = 9) and P(Y = 16) be 0?

Any clarification or guidance is appreciated.
