I would like to know to plot this kind of 3D surface as depicted below. You may try searching "desmos 3d", and you would find an array of 3D graphs represented on a 2D plane.

Here's my graph originally from another graph.

In the example, input your explicit function in terms of $x$ and $y$, followed by a constraint enclosed with braces. In your example, that would be $\{(x-1)^2+y^2 \ge 1\}$.
