$$P[X>\frac{1}{2}|Y>\frac{1}{2}]=\frac{\int_{\frac{1}{2}}^{2}dx \int_{\frac{1}{2}}^{1}\frac{3}{2}y^2 dy}{\int_{\frac{1}{2}}^{1}3y^2dy}=\int_{\frac{1}{2}}^2\frac{1}{2} dx=P[X>\frac{1}{2}]=0.75$$
