I am trying to construct a "Cosine Annealing Function" that produces the figure sketched below.
Note: Not looking for the exact dimensions
I have tried manipulating $cos(x)$ and $cos^k(x)$, but am completely stumped.
Any ideas/solutions would be greatly appreciated!
