Let $\mathbf{k} \in \mathbb{[n]}^{u}$ be $u$-dimensional arrays, where $[n] = \{0,1,\dots,n\}$. Now let us assume that $\mathbf{k}$ are generated under $u$ nested for loops running from 0 to n.
